Connect your email to your online store
One click so your store sends order notices to customers from your address.

The store gets its own password, so your password on your phone is not affected, and you type no settings.
1Connect
Portal → Domain email → choose the store next to the mailbox → “Connect to store”.
2Check in the store admin
In the store admin → Settings → Email you'll find the SMTP settings filled with your address. Send a test message from there.
3What customers receive
Order confirmations, shipping updates and account emails reach your customers from your address, and their replies land in the same mailbox.
4Changing your password does not stop the store
The store has its own password on the same mailbox; changing yours in the portal does not affect the store's sending. To connect another store press “Connect to store” with the new one.
