Your mailbox is created on Sitekoom's server after you choose its address and the domain settings check out. We never keep your password; it is shown to you once.

  1. 1Choose the domain and number of mailboxes

On the “Domain email” page choose your domain (or type one you own elsewhere), the number of mailboxes and a monthly or yearly plan, then pay.

  2. 2Choose the name before @

In your portal → Domain email, type the name (e.g. info or sales) for each mailbox. Lower-case letters, digits, dots and dashes only.

  3. 3Domain settings (DNS)

For a domain registered through Sitekoom we add the records automatically. For a domain elsewhere we show the MX and TXT records to add in that provider's panel, then press “Check now”.

DNS can take a few hours to propagate; we check automatically and notify you when ready.

  4. 4Copy the password

When the mailbox is created its password is shown only once. Copy and keep it. If you lose it press “New password”.

A new password replaces the old one on all your devices; enter the new one there.
