Your free email with your store

Some Sitekoom services, the online store among them, come with free mailboxes on your domain. How many depends on your plan, and they renew with the service itself.

1. 1Where to find them

   In your portal → “Domain email” a free mailbox shows the badge “Free with” and your service's name, and your store's page has a line “Your free email: used of available” with “Choose the addresses”.

2. 2Choose the addresses

   Press “Choose the addresses” and type the name before @ for each mailbox (like info or sales). If your store has no domain yet, you'll see “Connect your domain to choose your addresses”.

3. 3During a trial

   Your free mailboxes start when you subscribe, not during the trial.

4. 4They renew with your store

   Your free email renews with your store as long as its subscription runs. If the store ends, your email works until the end of the grace period, then pauses with your messages kept, and comes back as it was when you renew.

   If your plan's number of free mailboxes goes down, no mailbox you use stops mid-term: we tell you in advance, the change happens only at renewal, and nothing is deleted.

   From the email card press “Add mailboxes with” your service to add mailboxes beyond the free ones, when your plan offers it.
