Open your email in Outlook

Add the account in Outlook on Windows or Mac with IMAP and SMTP settings.

You need: your full address, the password, and the server mail.sitekoom.com.

  1. 1Add an account

    Open Outlook → File → Add account. Type your full address, then “Advanced options” → “Let me set up my account manually” → choose IMAP.

  2. 2Incoming mail

    Server: mail.sitekoom.com — port: 993 — encryption: SSL/TLS.

  3. 3Outgoing mail

    Server: mail.sitekoom.com — port: 465 — encryption: SSL/TLS (or 587 with STARTTLS). Enable “Outgoing server requires authentication” with the same account.

  4. 4Password

    The username is your full address and the password is the one shown in your portal. Press “Connect” and wait for the sync.
