Getting started with your online store

Your store is an independent copy with its own database and settings, set up automatically once payment is confirmed and linked to your Sitekoom account.

1. 1Choose a plan

   On the online stores page choose the plan and period. You'll see “Due now” (the first payment, which includes setting up the store) and “At renewal” (the agreed price per period).

2. 2Choose the store type

   The types (phones, fashion, electronics…) are the ones the store platform supports. Each prepares suitable categories and attributes. You can postpone the choice until after payment.

3. 3Store name and address

   Enter the store name in Arabic and English and pick the sub-domain (lowercase letters, digits and dashes). Availability is checked instantly; some names are reserved.

4. 4Payment and setup

   Once the gateway confirms payment, setup runs: database, configuration, applying the store type, starting and verifying. Follow it from “My stores”.

   If setup stalls, your payment is kept and our team is alerted to retry safely without creating a second store.

5. 5Your storefront

   When ready you get a notification and an email with the store address. The storefront works in Arabic and English and on mobile.
