On the “Domains” page you search for a free name and we register it in your name once payment is confirmed. Buy it on its own, or with a store or email that we connect to it for you.

  1. 1Type the name

Type the name alone (mystore) or with its extension (mystore.com) and press “Search”. Allowed characters: Arabic or English letters, digits and a dash.

  2. 2Read the result

The best free name shows first, full width, with its first-year price; below it are free alternatives with their yearly renewal price. Press “Select” on the name you want and it becomes “Selected”.

  3. 3Name not available?

Names that aren't available are grouped in a section you open with a tap, each group with its reason written out (on phones too). A premium domain with a special price shows “Contact us”.

  4. 4Arabic names

You can search with an Arabic name, and it's shown in Arabic. Not every extension accepts Arabic names, and we don't suggest alternatives for them; for more options type the name in English.

  5. 5An extension we don't sell

If you type an extension we don't sell yet (like .jo) we tell you so plainly, and show the extensions available for the same name.

  6. 6On its own, or with a store or email

Buy the domain on its own now and add a store, email or website to it whenever you like; we set its records when you add them. If you add email with it, it goes on the same invoice and you choose the names before @ after paying.

The domain is registered in your name. Keep an eye on its renewal date in your portal so you never lose the name.

FAQ
