Renewing, upgrading and what happens at the end

The grace period, maintenance mode, and your platform coming back as it was.

Renewal is manual from your portal; we never charge your card without you. And nothing on your platform is ever deleted automatically.

  1. 1Renew or upgrade

    On your platform's page press «Renew or upgrade»: the same plan to renew, or a higher one to upgrade now.

  2. 2The grace period

    After the end date your platform keeps running for a few more days with a notice for you only; your students don't see it.

  3. 3After the grace period

    Visitors see «under maintenance» and enrolled students keep reading for 7 more days. When you renew, the platform comes back exactly as it was.

  4. 4Downgrading

    You can pick a smaller plan at renewal. Nothing is deleted: whatever exceeds the new plan's limits stays read-only until you upgrade or remove it yourself.
