«My academies» in your portal

Every platform you own appears in «My academies», where you open its dashboard and follow your plan's limits.

1. 1Open «My academies»

   In your portal's side menu press «My academies», then choose the platform.

2. 2The status

   «We're setting up your platform» means we are building it now with its template and sample content, and you'll get a message when it's ready.

3. 3Plan and usage

   For each limit (students, courses, video hours, storage…) you see what you've used of what's allowed. At 80% you get a notice; at 100% only new additions stop, and your students carry on.

4. 4Renewal and storage

   From the same page: «Renew or upgrade» to renew or upgrade your subscription, and «More storage» to add space for files and images.
